Virginia Vespe has worked in the Nursing field going on 42 years. She was a Registered Nurse with Baptist Health over that time, before retiring in 2019. As part of the Baptist Health Nursing family, Virginia worked in Respiratory, Oncology, and prep recovery in Endoscopy. She served on the Risk Management/ Safety committee as well as the Clinical Practice committee at Baptist Health of South Florida.
In addition, she contributed to a successful department JCAHO accreditation and Magnet Status by consistently operating to highest standards of care. She was the Endoscopy unit Nurse of the Year in 2002 and 2018.
Virginia currently resides in Miami, FL. with her husband, 3 children and grandchildren.
